Refund Policy
Warranty application conditions
Withdrawal period: You have 30 days from the date you receive your parcel to exercise your right to return. The actual delivery date (to mailbox or pickup point) will serve as proof.
Product return: To receive a refund, you must return the product in full, including its packaging and any accessories provided, even if the product has been used or opened.
Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Return procedure:
Before any return, please contact us at help@suggy.fr to obtain instructions and the return address.
Pack the product carefully to avoid any damage during transport.
Once the parcel is received and checked by our team, we will process the refund.
Refund: The refund will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned parcel. The refund will be made using the same payment method used at purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above conditions are not met.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions or non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cooling-off period of 14 days in the United Kingdom, United States, and Canada
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped to the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. For orders shipped to the United States or Canada, Suggy applies the same 14-day cooling-off period on the same terms. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at help@suggy.fr.
Right of withdrawal and “satisfied or refunded” guarantee
In addition to the above, Suggy offers a commercial “satisfied or refunded” guarantee extended to 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. This guarantee allows the customer to request a refund if the product does not suit them.
In all cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, who remains responsible for the proper delivery of the returned parcel. The product must be returned in its original packaging, intact and complete. Once the product is received and checked, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days.
