When you purchase a product from our store, we collect the personal information you provide to us: first name, last name, postal address, phone number, and email address.
While browsing, we also automatically receive your device’s IP address, allowing us to obtain information about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing: with your explicit consent, we may send you emails about Suggy, our new products, promotional offers, and updates.

When you provide your data to complete a transaction, verify your card, place an order, arrange for delivery or return a purchase, we presume that you consent to the collection and use of your information for that sole purpose.
If we request your data for a secondary reason (newsletter, SMS marketing), we will either ask you directly for your explicit consent or provide you with the option to refuse.

ARTICLE 4 – SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform.
Your data are stored in Shopify’s secure databases, protected by firewalls and encryption.
Payment: if you pay via a direct payment method (Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, etc.), your card information is encrypted in accordance with the PCI-DSS standard and retained for the time necessary to complete the transaction, then deleted.
All direct payment gateways comply with the PCI-DSS standard, ensuring the security of payment data processing.

ARTICLE 5 – SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES
Third-party providers (e.g., carriers, payment gateways, marketing tools) collect and use your data only to the extent necessary to perform their services.
Some may be located outside the European Economic Area; your data may then be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. We ensure that appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions) are in place.
Example: to offer payment in installments, we may transmit your data to Klarna Bank AB; such data will be processed in accordance with Klarna’s privacy policy.
ARTICLE 6 – SMS MARKETING
We use the SMSBump Inc. platform (Sofia, Bulgaria, EU) to send SMS notifications (order confirmation, cart reminders, promotional offers).
By providing your phone number at checkout or via a form, you agree to receive our SMS messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Your name, phone number, and order information are shared with SMSBump to target our messages. Message and data rates may apply.
Unsubscribe: reply STOP to any SMS received or click the unsubscribe link included.
ARTICLE 7 – SECURITY
We implement recognized organizational and technical measures: SSL/TLS encryption, AES-256 storage, regular audits. As no method is 100% secure, we nonetheless follow all PCI-DSS requirements and industry best practices.
